We hire across disciplines. Housing operations, case managers, nurses, recovery peers, employment coaches, and HMIS/compliance staff all work side-by-side.

Many of our roles, especially peer recovery and reentry coaching, are strengthened by people who’ve walked the path themselves. We actively recruit from the communities we serve.

- 3On-site interview at one of our SPA 6 sites, plus role-specific assessments and standard clearances (Live Scan background check, TB test, CPR/First Aid as applicable).
